ABOUT ME

No matter where you are in life its never too late to turn it all around.

My name is Jordan and I am a certified personal trainer specializing in powerlifting and booty growth. I started this lifestyle when I was 15 years old. After playing soccer for 9 years and other sports including cheerleading, volleyball and basketball; my body felt very shapeless and I was not happy. I didn't have the self confidence that I knew I deserved- I grew into a deep depression that lasted years. During my senior year of high school I began going to the gym a couple times a week to help with stress and my depression- I became obsessed with the wonderful feeling I got from this type of lifestyle and my passion grew quickly. Fast forward 5 years. I competed in my first powerlifting competition and came first with a 280lb squat, I was so proud of myself. I become a personal trainer because I know what it feels like to feel stuck in a body that you KNOW you don't belong in. We all deserve to be happy in our own bodies. I promise to use my skills to assist to you and your schedule, to be there for you through it all and to make you feel like a person you belong to be. I believe in "slow and steady wins the race" rushing our bodies in a physical way will not ensure long and effective results.
